Parkway Lane Condominiums (PWLC) Owners have the option to lease their individual units independently with prior approval of Home Owners Association (HOA).

Management Company is NOT responsible to oversee the management of individual owner-tenant relations.

All tenants are required to submit an application to each individual owner/property manager for approval at least 15 days prior to move-in date.

All tenants are required to submit their pets’ information as part of the application process.

Upon tenants' approval to move-in, all vehicles listed on the application will be issued parking decals to be displayed clearly on each vehicle to be parked on the premises.

Primary vehicle listed on the application will have preassigned parking space.

Tenants are required to contact unit owner/property manager for ALL maintenance related issues.

 All tenants are required to follow HOA Rules and Regulations.
